Return and Shipping Policy

Return/Exchange Policy:

All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.  Due to on-demand printing, this purchase does not qualify for exchange or return. We do not offer refunds. Once you place your order, it cannot be changed or canceled. PLEASE double-check your shipping address before you check out.  

We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method selected.

PLEASE measure yourself using a soft measuring tape and compare with each size chart to ensure the correct size is purchased the first time.

Refunds:

All sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds are not accepted. Please ensure you add your correct shipping information at the time of purchase. Refunds are not accepted for customer errors.

Returned Items:

 If an item is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct BEFORE you submit payment. We only send to the address you provide during order processing. 

 Shipping Policy:

Thank you so much for your order! I am incredibly grateful for your support. All orders are printed on-demand. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping is an additional 5-7 business days once your order is processed. If your order is not received within 10-14 business days, please check your tracking number first. Otherwise, send a message to contact@whereistiffany.com for an update on your order. Expect a response within 24-48 hours, M-F, 10 – 3 P.M. CST. Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
